Link Services is the mobile app for the consultation, control and validation of routes and the detection of incidents by operators, while Link Audit is the application for the timely collection of data carried out by the team of inspection.
Civiwaste, finally, is the application aimed for the citizens that promotes two-way communication with councils to inform about services, promote good practices and request services.

Implementation of Seigarbost closures in Vitoria-Gasteiz. For this, it has developed a new version of Duelock with double closure, one on the upper lid of the container and the other on the front lid of the same. This project had the added difficulty that the locks had to be programmed so that they could be opened with the citizen cards already distributed by the town hall, being a necessary condition that those cards did not have to be reprogrammed again. It has also been necessary to devise and develop a system that has enabled users’ mobile phones to be enabled so that they can open the locks with them. Seigarbsot has undertaken the preventive and corrective maintenance of this park of locks with its own equipment. The implementation has been successful.

This model represents an environmental and social benefit, promoting proper waste management and its PxR (preparation for reuse) while they encourage the creation of work and social integration jobs for people who are socially vulnerable.
The Solidança Foundation operates in the province of Girona through the Insertion Company ADAD L’Encant, carrying out the textile waste management service for more than twenty years through the Roba Amiga Program. Since 2021 is also managing bulky waste door-to-door in various municipalities in the Gironès area.
This management model is implemented in other services promoted by the Foundation in the province of Barcelona with one of the largest textile waste PxR plants in Catalonia located in Sant Just Desvern, with RAEE waste management, a third-generation recycling centre management model promoted by the entity, and the household waste management department in the city of Mataró.
